We are seeking highly qualified, customer-oriented professionals for the following positions:

Customer Service Center Representative / Spencer Office
Responsible for performing a variety of duties to meet the financial services needs of Customer Service Center customers, and to support the Customer Service Center function. Responds to all incoming telephone calls for inquiries or requests for information in a professional and timely manner. Provides friendly, courteous and efficient customer service. Acts as the central operator as necessary; screens incoming calls and identifies customer needs. Requires a working knowledge of bank products and services, and the policies and procedures impacting these products. Must have computer skills, keyboarding and data entry skills, listening skills, exceptional customer service skills. Proficient interpersonal relations skills.

Full Time Customer Service Representative (Teller) 'Floater'
This individual must have reliable transportation as he/she will be required to fill in at any of the Tioga State Bank offices as needed on a daily basis. Services customers through various teller transactions. Provides customer service to retain and grow customer relationships. Cross-sells products and services and identifies business opportunities for referrals to appropriate personnel. Candidate should have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Requires attention to detail and accuracy skills, High School diploma or equivalent required. Six months of customer service/cash handling experience preferred.
