Welch, CBA, has been promoted to Vice President and Internal Auditor. Lisa joined TSB in 1995 as a Staff Accountant in the Finance Department and has served the last twelve years as Internal Auditor. During her tenure at TSB, she has also been appointed as the Bank Secrecy Act Officer. “One of the aspects of my job I find particularly appealing is that I get the opportunity to work with everyone at the bank, as well as the Audit Committee, external auditors and examiners,” said Lisa. “I also enjoy the challenges brought on by changing accounting standards, regulatory guidance and new banking regulations.” Lisa holds a BS in Accounting, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Oswego and became a Certified Bank Auditor in 2000. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Chair of the Audit Committee for the Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers, and a member of and Upward Basketball and Cheerleading volunteer for the Owego First Church of the Nazarene.
